Terms of Use
Effective date: 12 October 2026
By downloading or playing Jellybop (the “App”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Contact: teoman.karatas59@gmail.com.
1. The game
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for entertainment. The App, its art, sounds and code belong to the Jellybop developer. Game features, levels and balance may change over time.
2. VIP subscription
- VIP is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). It gives an extra try in both modes without watching ads and exclusive board and candy themes. Themes are cosmetic only and do not change gameplay.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
- Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country. Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple according to their policies.
3. Ads
The App may show optional rewarded ads. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for advertisers’ products or websites.
4. Fair play, nicknames and reporting
Player nicknames are shown to other players on the world leaderboards. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the App or its servers, or use nicknames that are offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, impersonate others or contain personal information.
- The App filters offensive words when you choose a nickname.
- You can tap any name on a leaderboard to report it or to hide that player on your device.
- We review reports within 24 hours and remove offending nicknames and scores, and the players who broke these rules.
5. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for loss of game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. We may suspend or end the online services (such as leaderboards) at any time.
7. Privacy and your data
See our Privacy Policy. You can delete your online player data at any time in the App (Settings → Delete my online data) or as described on Delete your data.
8. Additional terms for the Apple App Store version
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, these terms are our end user licence agreement (EULA) and the following also applies:
- These terms are between you and the Jellybop developer only, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Your licence is limited to using the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Please contact us for support.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
- The developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection, privacy or similar claims, and any claim that the App infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms (for example, your network provider’s terms) when using the App.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, once you accept them, Apple may enforce them against you.

1. Oyun
Size Uygulamayı eğlence amacıyla kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez bir lisans veririz. Uygulama, görselleri, sesleri ve kodu Jellybop geliştiricisine aittir. Oyun özellikleri, bölümler ve denge zamanla değişebilir.
2. VIP abonelik
- VIP, isteğe bağlı ve otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir (aylık veya yıllık). İki modda da reklam izlemeden ekstra hak ve özel tahta ve şeker temaları verir. Temalar yalnızca görünüştür, oynanışı değiştirmez.
- Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Google Play veya Apple kimliği hesabınızdan alınır. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı fiyattan otomatik yenilenir.
- Aboneliğinizi Google Play veya App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal sonraki yenilemeleri durdurur; mevcut dönem bitene kadar etkin kalır.
- Fiyatlar satın almadan önce Uygulamada gösterilir ve ülkeye göre değişebilir. İadeler Google Play veya Apple tarafından kendi politikalarına göre yapılır.
3. Reklamlar
Uygulama isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar gösterebilir. Reklamlar üçüncü taraflarca sağlanır; reklamverenlerin ürün ve sitelerinden sorumlu değiliz.
4. Adil oyun, takma adlar ve bildirim
Oyuncu takma adları dünya sıralamalarında diğer oyunculara görünür. Uygunsuz içeriğe ve kötü niyetli kullanıcılara hiç tolerans göstermeyiz. Hile yapmayın, hatalardan yararlanmayın, Uygulamaya veya sunucularına müdahale etmeyin; saldırgan, nefret içeren, cinsel, tehditkâr, başkasını taklit eden ya da kişisel bilgi içeren takma adlar kullanmayın.
- Uygulama, takma ad seçerken kaba sözcükleri süzer.
- Sıralamadaki herhangi bir ada dokunarak onu bildirebilir ya da o oyuncuyu kendi cihazınızda gizleyebilirsiniz.
- Bildirimleri 24 saat içinde inceler; kurallara uymayan takma adları ve puanları, kuralları çiğneyen oyuncularla birlikte kaldırırız.
5. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan veya oyun ilerlemesinin kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullar, tüketici mevzuatından doğan zorunlu haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
6. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; güncellemeden sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Çevrimiçi hizmetleri (ör. sıralamalar) istediğimiz zaman durdurabiliriz.
7. Gizlilik ve verileriniz
Gizlilik Politikamıza bakın. Çevrimiçi oyuncu verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman Uygulamadan (Ayarlar → Çevrimiçi verilerimi sil) ya da Verilerinizi silin sayfasında anlatıldığı gibi silebilirsiniz.
8. Apple App Store sürümü için ek koşullar
Uygulamayı Apple App Store’dan indirdiyseniz bu koşullar son kullanıcı lisans sözleşmemizdir (EULA) ve ayrıca şunlar geçerlidir:
- Bu koşullar yalnızca sizinle Jellybop geliştiricisi arasındadır, Apple Inc. (“Apple”) ile değil. Uygulamadan ve içeriğinden Apple değil, yalnızca geliştirici sorumludur.
- Lisansınız, Uygulamayı Apple Medya Hizmetleri Hüküm ve Koşulları’ndaki Kullanım Kuralları’nın izin verdiği şekilde, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple markalı cihazlarda kullanmakla sınırlıdır.
- Apple’ın Uygulama için bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur. Destek için bize yazın.
- Uygulama geçerli bir garantiye uymazsa Apple’a bildirebilirsiniz; Apple varsa Uygulamanın satın alma bedelini iade eder. Yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde Apple’ın Uygulamayla ilgili başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur.
- Ürün sorumluluğu, yasal veya düzenleyici gerekliliklere uymama, tüketicinin korunması, gizlilik ve benzeri talepler ile Uygulamanın üçüncü kişilerin fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal ettiği iddiaları dahil, Uygulamayla ilgili tüm taleplerden Apple değil geliştirici sorumludur.
- ABD Hükümeti ambargosuna tabi ya da “teröre destek veren” olarak belirlenmiş bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve ABD Hükümeti’nin yasaklı veya kısıtlı taraflar listelerinde yer almadığınızı onaylarsınız.
- Uygulamayı kullanırken geçerli üçüncü taraf koşullarına (ör. mobil operatör koşulları) uymanız gerekir.
- Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır; koşulları kabul ettiğinizde Apple bunları size karşı uygulayabilir.
